The Italian made RespiProgram Incentive spirometer is used to help exercise and strengthen the diaphragm and accessory respiratory muscles. The device has a 12mm one directional connector and the flow rates indicated are 600mL/s, 900mL/s and 1200mL/s respectively.

I'm finding the product very helpful and fun as well i only have 1 to 20% lung capacity and copd so find it very difficult to breath and can walk only very short distances my p

I have Asthma, Emphysema, COPD and old age. I have used the spirometer everyday and believe it is helpful to my conditions. I would highly recommend this product to anyone with breathing difficulties.
