Stark Medical Pty Ltd supplies products in compliance with the Therapeutic Goods Act, Regulations and Orders; and Australian Consumer Law. If a product is damaged, defective or plainly incorrect please contact our Customer Support team on 1300 938 637 to organise a refund or exchange at the expense of Stark Medical.
We also recognise that mistakes can happen with the delivery of goods purchased online or otherwise. Items can be returned at the customer's expense provided they are suitable for restocking. Suitability for restocking specifically requires products to be unused, unopened and in their original packaging with correct labelling. If you have lost or damaged the packaging we are unable to sell the product and therefore unable to accept a return.
There is a 15% restocking charge applicable to returns designed to cover administration and restocking labour costs.
