Getting your autoclave serviced Annually
To get the most out of your autoclave, have your autoclave serviced annually by one of our trained technicians. During the annual service we will perform the following:
- Drain and clean both water tanks
- Clean chamber, steam diffuser plate, trays and rack
- Clean water tank and chamber filters
- Replace door seal, bacteriological filter and dust filter, if necessary
- Perform annual autoclave validation to AS5369

4000 cycle / 5 year service
Every 4000 cycles or 5 years your autoclave must undergo a major service. It includes all items of the annual service plus:
- Replacement of critical components
- Calibration using the W&H calibration device
- Visual and safety inspection of unit’s interior
- Electrical safety inspection of unit’s interior
