Getting a Propulse unit repaired
Stark Medical have a service & repairs department in Sydney, Australia which is equipped with original Propulse spare parts. Our technicians are manufacturer trained to perform repairs on their equipment.
Common faults you may encounter and we can fix are:
- Poor water flow on a Propulse
- Propulse device leaking water
- Propulse not switching on
- Damaged or broken handle on a Propulse
- Faulty footswitch on a ProPulse
- Damaged or faulty ProPulse power cable
Send a Propulse to our service centre by completing our online Product Return Form. Then pack the Propulse securely in a cardboard box, include the completed form and courier it to our address:

Warranty and Loan Units
You may be able to claim your repair under warranty if you meet the following requirements:
- You provide a copy of your invoice with a purchase date within the last 12 months
- You agree to allow us to inspect the unit at our facility
- The fault is determined to be caused by a manufacturing error
If we deem your product to be covered under warranty, labour, spare parts and return shipping will be free of charge.
A loan unit may be requested and can supplied for the duration of the repair, depending on the severity of the issue and subject to availability. Additional charges to loan a unit may apply.
Calibration and Testing
Medical device testing and calibration is an important part of Stark Medical’s ISO9001 accredited Quality Management System (QMS). Each service is followed by a calibration check and performance verification of your medical device to AS/NZS 3551. This will ensure your medical device is operating to the exact manufacturer specifications before we return it to you for clinical use.
