VitroSorb SECORIM® ABO

The Vitrosorb SECORIM®-ABO specifically removes anti-A and/or anti-B antibodies from plasma, to allow for transplants across blood group barriers.

Description:

SECORIM® ABO is intended for the reduction of blood group A or B antibodies, associated with ABO incompatible transplantation procedures through selective immunoadsorption.

The SECORIM® ABO column has an inner volume of 70 ml, divided equally into two sections separated by a porous plate to support plasma flow distribution throughout the column. The column contains a matrix intended to absorb anti-A and anti-B-antibodies.

The SECORIM® ABO column is supplied as a sterile, single-use, disposable product and is sterilised by using electron-beam irradiation.
