The Spirolab Plus is a portable spirometer. It is intended to test lung function and perform spirometry testing in patients older than three years.
The device can operate autonomously or connect to a PC using USB, Bluetooth or Wi-Fi, and it can connect to an external printer via USB. It is intended for measuring respiratory parameters.
Spirolab Plus can process about 30 functional parameters and provides comparison of spirometric data measured before and after administration of a drug for bronchial provocation or bronchodilation testing.
It performs FVC, VC & IVC and MVV tests and the ventilatory profile. Volume and flow rate are measured using a turbine based on the interruption of infra-red light principle.
