The hard sapphire glass, such as that used in the watch industry, prevents the tip of the endoscope from scratching, which can impair the clear view through the endoscope. All rigid ATMOS endoscopes can be reprocessed using various methods and are autoclavable. This allows the scopes to be reprocessed with a maximum level of safety, efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
